Abstract

The research aims to investigate the Orientalists' objections to women's inheritance in the Qur'an and provide responses to these objections. The study employs an inductive and analytical methodology. It comprises an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, recommendations, and a bibliography of sources and references.Introduction: This section highlights the significance of the study, reasons for its selection, the research problem, objectives, previous studies, scope, methodology, procedures, and structure.Chapter One: Focuses on Orientalism, its objectives, and fields of study.Chapter Two: Explores the Orientalists' objections regarding women's inheritance in the Qur'an.Chapter Three: Provides responses to these objections raised by Orientalists about women's inheritance in the Qur'an.Conclusion and Recommendations: Summarizes findings and provides actionable suggestions for further study.
